چکیده
Background: Agriculture is a major contributor to environmental and soil degradation. Soil microorganisms are essential improve plant growth, crop yields stress-tolerance.
Objective: To characterize maize early plant-response in seedbed setting native consortia of isolated from arid zones.
Methods: Sixteen fungal 16 bacterial isolates soils were identified by MALDI-TOF MS confirmed using morphological characteristics. Ten biofertilizers tested replicates (n=100) under conditions. Consortia formulated based on growth promoting traits, including mainly Penicillium Pseudomonas species. After 45 days, evaluated according height, shoot root fresh weight.
Results Conclusions: the predominant genera identified. Most strains potential candidates for biofertilizer formulation their traits. Bacterial promoted caulinar development, while combination species markedly increased development. Eight zones had positive effects at developmental stage conditions compared uninoculated plants.

متن کاملMicrobial consortia at steady supply
Metagenomics has revealed hundreds of species in almost all microbiota. In a few well-studied cases, microbial communities have been observed to coordinate their metabolic fluxes. In principle, microbes can divide tasks to reap the benefits of specialization, as in human economies. However, the benefits and stability of an economy of microbial specialists are far from obvious. Here, we physical...
